02 / Integrations
What we connect to the store
Payments, delivery, and Allegro orders when you sell there next to the site.
Allegro
Listings, stock and orders for the Polish marketplace when it is part of sales.
InPost / DPD
Parcel lockers, courier and delivery statuses on the order.
BLIK & Przelewy24
PLN payments without copying statuses by hand.
PayU
Alternative gateway for store checkout.
CRM
Leads and orders in one process for the PL team.
PLN checkout
Currency and UX for buyers in Poland.
In Poland a lot of checkouts end with BLIK and a parcel locker. If the buyer cannot pick an InPost point, and the paid order stays on “pending”, the store works like a Facebook form: the customer paid, the warehouse does not know.
For a first launch we close four things: a catalog with prices in PLN, a cart, one gateway (BLIK, Przelewy24 or PayU) and InPost. Allegro comes in when you already sell there and stock has to match the site. We do not add it just to have the logo.
Allegro does not replace a store. A store does not replace Allegro if that is where the traffic is. The mess starts with stock and with two order panels.
If Allegro is part of sales, orders and stock go into the same catalog. If you sell only from the site, Allegro waits.
For some shops BLIK is the default payment, not an extra next to a bank transfer. Przelewy24 and PayU collect BLIK, cards and transfers in one panel. At launch we put in the gateway your customers actually use, not three logos in the footer.
Before handover we place an order the whole way: product, payment, status, email. Buyers do not get access before that.
A parcel locker is not “courier, with a note”. In the cart the customer picks a point, the parcel size has to match what you ship, and the label comes from the order, not from a spreadsheet.
Catalog, cart, delivery and a few thousand SKUs stay on OpenCart. A company site on WordPress with a few dozen products next to it: WooCommerce. We do not turn a brochure site into a store if the team edits WordPress every week and the catalog is small.
A move from Shoper, Horoshop or another platform is its own stage: products, customers, addresses. Without a 301 map, Google traffic drops within a few weeks even if the new store looks similar.
The brief is 1–2 days: catalog, where orders come from, which payment, whether Allegro is in the loop. An audit or a homepage sketch is free, before any prepayment. The sum and the calendar are written down once the integrations are clear. A store ready to sell usually takes a few weeks. Allegro, a CRM and a file import add days. That is not “one more banner”.
Payment is by stage, after we show what the contract lists. Hosting, the admin and the logins stay with you.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
No. Allegro is an optional integration for brands already selling there — when stock must match between the marketplace and the site. Many clients launch an independent store, run paid traffic to it, and avoid Allegro's commission entirely. We connect Allegro only when it is part of your sales plan.
BLIK has the highest conversion for mobile buyers in Poland, but most shoppers also expect cards and instant bank transfers. Przelewy24 and PayU bundle all three in one panel. At the brief we decide which gateway fits your audience, connect it and test the full order flow before handover.
OpenCart handles large catalogs, PLN prices, InPost, BLIK and dedicated store UX well. WooCommerce makes sense when you already have WordPress and a small range of products on the side. If you have more than a few hundred SKUs and logistics to manage, OpenCart is the safer choice.
Yes. Before any prepayment, we run a brief, prepare a homepage sketch or an interactive prototype of the checkout. Once you see what the store will look like, you decide whether to proceed. The contract is signed only if the concept fits you.
Yes. Products, customers, orders and SEO URLs move to OpenCart. We map 301 redirects from old URLs so Google traffic does not drop. Migrations are a separate phase with a defined scope — we do not start without a full product and URL export.
